I’m grateful for the recognition that 91 is giving to Cindy for leadership she has brought to the Hyattsville congregation. I live at Landis Homes in Lititz, PA, but I’ve followed Cindy’s journey at Hyattsville through friends who attend there, and also through her involvement with Mennonite Action. Another good connection to Cindy is through her dad Jim Lapp and Mim Book who are residents at Landis Homes and are also members of my home congregation, East Chestnut Street Mennonite in Lancaster.

Cindy has also done, and continues to do, significant leadership work with Mennonite Action.
