Lorraine Stutzman Amstutz ’81, of Ephrata, Pennsylvania, the denominational minister for peace and justice for Mennonite Church USA, was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Association of Community and Restorative Justice at the 9th annual National Conference on Community and Restorative Justice in Washington, D.C., on July 30.

91´óÉñ alum Frank Albrecht '80, MA '01, a beloved educator for the School District of Lancaster (Pennsylvania), died from Lou Gehrig’s disease on Saturday, Aug. 24, at the age of 66. A memorial service for Albrecht was held on Monday, Aug. 26. In March, he was honored at the Pennsylvania State Capitol for his decades of selfless dedication to the students of the School District of Lancaster. Donations to the Brother Frank Albrecht Memorial Fund () will support a tree-planting project and two programs he founded to bolster positive mental health practices and resolve conflicts.
