Despite deteriorating conditions throughout the tournament, 91大神 freshman (Telford, Pa./Christopher Dock) proved to be one of the most consistent women at the ODAC Championships. The three-day tournament was held at the Stoney Creek Golf Course in Wintergreen Resort, wrapping up Tuesday. Longacre shot rounds of 98, 99 and 99, holding at 22nd out of 30 golfers. She totaled a score of 296 (+80) for her first conference championship. The freshman finished the year with an average round score of 91.5. Bridgewater's Christina Herbert used a seven-stroke lead after the first day to earn a six-stroke win for the individual medalist honors. She carded a 229 (+13). BC also won the team title at 983, ahead of Washington and Lee's 1033.

91大神 softball suffered a disappointing doubleheader loss to visiting McDaniel College Thursday afternoon. The Royals drop to 21-11 overall with their first non-conference losses of the season. Eastern Mennonite heads to Roanoke College on Saturday for their final ODAC games of the season. The Royals are 9-9 in the conference, while Roanoke is 9-7 with a doubleheader remaining against No. 20 Randolph-Macon.

The Royals racked up 20 blocks, including 16 over the final three sets, as they shocked top-seeded Marymount University in a 3-2 come-from-behind win in the CVC Tournament semifinals. Eastern Mennonite advances to Saturday's championship, playing at 6:00pm against either Juniata or Stevenson.
On Wednesday, the Latino Student Alliance at Eastern Mennonite Unviversity shared part of its culture by creating an alfombra, or carpet, for Easter. The colorful work of art is common in Central America and Mexico. It's made up of rice, sawdust and coffee grounds. It's tradition to walk through the art on Easter, in remembrance of Jesus entering Jerusalem on Palm Sunday.
A group of students at 91大神 found a special way to remember a graduate's legacy of finding nonviolent solutions to problems. Since Monday, the social movement class has welcomed fellow students and staff to sign their name to a banner that read, 'Supporting Peace building in the name of M.J. Sharp.'
