Purpose & Scope
This establish the purpose, structure, roles, and procedures to support life safety, all-hazards emergency readiness, and orderly response within campus buildings. It is written to align with the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and the Incident Command System (ICS), and to reflect higher-education emergency planning best practices. All faculty, staff, and students are being trained to look to Blue 91´óÉñ-vested Safety Team members for instructions during emergencies.
