Instructors
Anne Blackwood
Anne Blackwood is an Anabaptist Christian spiritual director. Originally trained as
a physician, Anne pursued discernment and received education in the art of spiritual
direction and supervision. She has studied at Mercy Center (Burlingame, CA), San
Francisco Theological Seminary (San Anselmo, CA), Spiritual Directors International,
and 91´óÉñ (Harrisonburg, VA). Through her practice, supervision,
and teaching, Anne accompanies others in both exploring their deepest beliefs and
experiences and discerning next steps toward spiritual freedom, authenticity, and
connection.
Keith Foisy
Keith J. Foisy is a husband, parent, seeker, pastor, therapist, spiritual director,
and retreat leader. He has a deep passion for spiritual direction and formation, having
studied and taught at many institutions. Keith received a Certificate in Spiritual
Direction from Eastern Mennonite Seminary and the Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual
Direction from Fuller Seminary. He has served in various capacities within spiritual
direction programs at Eastern Mennonite Seminary (VA), North Park Seminary (IL), Richmont
Graduate University (AL), and The Center for Formation and Direction (CA). You can

Cindy Lee
Cindy S. Lee is a Taiwanese-American spiritual director and aspiring mystic. She leads retreats in the areas of Christian mysticism and BIPOC centered spirituality. She also mentors and trains spiritual directors, and is particularly interested in supporting BIPOC spiritual directors. In addition, Dr. Lee serves as the doctoral projects administrator for the DMin and DGL degrees at Fuller Theological Seminary. Prior to Fuller, she served overseas in Beijing and Taipei. In her free time, she enjoys street art, coffee, and exploring the city.
Alison Moscoso
Alison Moscoso serves as a spiritual director in the Bay Area of California. She specializes
in working with people who have experienced significant rupture in their spirituality
and are navigating how to rebuild a faith or spirituality that supports them instead
of harming them. She leads spiritual formation cohorts and co-leads a network of small
spiritual communities.
Scott Quinn
Naisa Wong
With 25 years of experience across theatre, film, and the non-profit sector, Naisa Wong guides individuals toward becoming their most authentic selves. Since shifting her professional focus to spiritual formation, she earned a Graduate Diploma in Spiritual Direction and a Graduate Certification in Trauma and Spiritual Care from San Francisco Theological Seminary. Her 15-year integrative practice uses creative and contemplative tools to foster growth and restoration.
Naisa is a proud member of several professional organizations, including Spiritual Directors Network of Color and Spiritual Directors International. She holds degrees in music theory & composition and English literature and is certified as a Leader in Yoga and 12-step Recovery (Y12SR) and Level 1 Usui Reiki Practitioner. Her work is rooted in trauma-informed, embodied, somatic and movement care, and she is completing training in Movement Chaplaincy.
